SoulPad® are pleased to offer FREE Shipping to most of the UK. Details of exceptions can be seen below.

In the peak season Goods will normally be delivered within 2/3 working days of our accepting your order and payment. We will contact you by email if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond these periods, giving you the option to cancel your order.

In the off peak season (September to the end of February) accessories will be shipped twice a week.  At SoulPad HQ we are keen to help reduce the carbon footprint and to help the distribution network. Tents will continue to be delivered within 2/3 working days.

However, please note that due to increased presssures being experienced within the distribution network our normal delivery times may be affected.

Delivery to most of the UK is free of charge. There is a charge for delivery to Southern Ireland (The Republic of Ireland), Northern Ireland, The Highlands of Scotland and the islands of the UK (such as Jersey, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight and Guernsey). Delivery charges to these locations are determined by the dimensions and weight of the item(s) being ordered, and the delivery charges enforced by our carriers at the time of ordering. They will be calculated once you have entered your address.

Please e-mail us at [email protected] or call customer services on +44 (0)1953 688595 to get an exact quote for delivery charges if delivery is required in these areas. We recommend you do this before placing your order so that you can make an informed decision knowing the full cost of the goods including delivery.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly (within 24 hours) at [email protected] or call customer services on +44 (0)1953 688595 so that we may persue a claim against the carrier.

We endeavour to send our shipments *carbon free whenever possible.

SoulPad® will despatch your order in the original packaging. We do not re-package our products into any kind of glossy packaging.

*Some of our couriers offsets the carbon associated with the parcel delivery by calculating the overall carbon emissions generated by their vehicle fleet and operations. They know how many trees they need to plant to offset the average parcel. SoulPad pays a little bit extra for each shipment so that our courier can pay for the planting of trees.

Tree planting is one of the most common forms of carbon offset. Through this process, carbon dioxide is converted into stored carbon, and this is why trees are sometimes referred to as ‘carbon sinks’. By taking this carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, trees clean the air.
