Warranty

SoulPad® tents are built to a very high standard and are regularly tested for manufacturing quality. SoulPads® are produced in accordance with internationally acclaimed quality assurance certification: ISO9001. SoulPad® tents comply with BS and European standards and are labelled accordingly.

The SoulPad® Trademark is on all SoulPad® tents.

There is just one UK outlet on-line here at www.soulpad.co.uk, and on ebay too (ebay username: soulpaduk). A SoulPad® tent purchased from any other UK outlet may not be a genuine SoulPad® product.

To protect the consumer and SoulPad® brand alike, the SoulPad® registered trademark can be found on all SoulPad® tents, click here to read more. All tents should be clearly labelled with the manufacturers company name. Only tents carrying the SoulPad® trademark are protected by the SoulPad® warranty.

The components used in our tents are second to none. We know our tents are strong and durable and fit for their intended use. Their intended use being the light leisure market.

SoulPad® will honour a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects in the canvas. Note that this warranty does not extend to the poles or zippers as these are commonly misused.

The SoulPad warranty is applicable only to SoulPads delivered to consumers within the UK and is not transferable.

Replacement parts are available. Please refer to our Spares for details.

It should be clear that your consumer legal rights may still apply after the warranty expires.

  • Hippy Si Calling all Soulpad Ultralite owners....how do these tents perform? I am already a Bell tent convert. But flying to european festy with a standard one is out of the question, way too heavy! I could just buy a 'normal tent' but there's no Soul in them..
  • Catherine Johnson Can you tell me what availability is like on the 4 or 5 meter ZIGs? If we order one of the "quarter" inner tents, will a double fit in it?
