SoulPad at The Wilderness Gathering |

SoulPad will be at The Wilderness Gathering festival 2008.
 When: 28th August until 31st August 2008
Where: West Knoyle, Wiltshire.
Event Organiser, Dominic Harvey will be taking his 5000-tribe along for he and his family to use.
On receiving his 5000-tribe, Dominic contacted the SoulPad office to comment: "I've just put up the tribe for the first time, nice tent - well made, I'm very pleased and will definitely be buying one or two more in the next few months!"
For the first nine years of his life, Dominic, was bought up in the African bush in Uganda six miles from the nearest town. Much of his early childhood was spent playing with and learning from the indigenous people there. His interest for all things outdoor led him to join the Scout movement immediately upon his return to the UK, and he soon developed a passion for anything to do with the mountains (especially skiing and climbing).
After his college years he became an accomplished craftsman - potter, artist, web designer and earned a living as a cabinetmaker for 20 years. He served a five year apprenticeship with a Gavilan Apache from whom he learnt many native skills. Through these experiences Gone Native was born which promotes the dissemination of wilderness living plus bushcraft skills and customs through outdoor events and its online information centre.
