14-day returns guarantee
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, box unopened (with any seals and other wrapping intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less the shipping costs. SoulPad will not refund outgoing or incoming shipping costs for a return of this nature. 

When you send your item back to us we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within approximately three weeks of our receiving your return. 

If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a SoulPad package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you should notify SoulPad immediately. We will then endeavour to recover the insured sum on your behalf, and a full refund for that amount will be issued once it is recovered.
