Terms & Conditions For The Purchase of Ready-Pitched SoulPad Tents at The ACOUSTIC FESTIVAL of BRITAIN May Fest 2010.

These terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions conducted in association with the booking and purchase of a ready-pitched SoulPad tent. Please read them carefully before ordering your SoulPad tent and print a copy for future reference. Please note that in these terms and conditions "you", "your", "yours", "yourself", “purchaser” and “user” are references to any person purchasing a ready-pitched SoulPad tent and "we", "our", "us" and "ours" are references to SoulPad Ltd and “the site”, “the event”, “the site manager” and “the organiser” refers the third party hosting your ready-pitched SoulPad tent.

By purchasing a ready-pitched SoulPad tent you are agreeing to and will be bound by these terms and conditions: -
1. All purchases and billing for ready-pitched SoulPad tents will be handled by SoulPad Ltd as the only authorised agent for these bookings.
2. Payment is to be made in full in advance at the price advertised at www.soulpad.co.uk
3. All other tickets and/or fees required by the site must be booked and purchased separately and are not included in the price.
4. Once a ready-pitched SoulPad tent is purchased, SoulPad Ltd will issue a purchase order confirmation by E-mail which must be presented upon arrival.
5. The number of campers per tent is restricted as advertised at www.soulpad.co.uk. No additional campers are permitted per tent unless by prior arrangement with either SoulPad Ltd or The Site Manager where your SoulPad will be ready-pitched up to 14 days prior to the possession date.
6. Your SoulPad tent will be erected ready for your arrival.
7. Upon arrival you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your SoulPad tent. It is at this point that ownership of the SoulPad tent becomes yours and the tent will be your sole responsibility. Your signature will be required before you can use the SoulPad tent.
8. This is a dry purchase. On signing for your SoulPad tent upon arrival you are accepting a SoulPad tent only without  any contents.
9. You will be invited to take possession of your SoulPad tent from a specific time and date to be confirmed by separate cover. You must vacate the site with your SoulPad tent by a specific time and date to be confirmed by separate cover. Unless agreed otherwise by prior arrangement with SoulPad Ltd or The Site Manager where your SoulPad will be ready-pitched.
10. Cancellations can be accepted. Refunds will be given up to 14 days prior to the possession date less 20% of the full price paid. Thereafter no refunds can be given for cancellations. Instead SoulPad Ltd will despatch the items ordered to an agreed address within the UK.
11. Refunds will not be granted for late/non arrivals. In the event of a purchaser failing to arrive at the site the ready-pitched SoulPad tent will be packed down and despatched to the purchaser once an additional payment of £30.00 has been paid to SoulPad Ltd for administration and shipping charges.
12. You are responsible for the packing down of your SoulPad tent and for taking your SoulPad tent off-site with you when you leave.
13. Neither SoulPad Ltd or the site will be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred by the use or misuse of the SoulPad tent you have purchased, howsoever caused.
14. The SoulPad Warranty and website Terms and Conditions shall apply to your SoulPad tent.
