Snug kids inside one of the SoulPads at Jollydays
This is luxurious, SoulPad camping at its finest. The folks at Jollydays Luxury Camping (North Yorkshire) really know how to add all the bells and whistles.

The set up at Jollydays consists of two SoulPads per party, one for sleeping and one for storage and cooking. Both are on a wooden base. Sleeping is on futon beds which fold up during the day to form sofas. Each sleeping tent has a Blaze stove inside to keep it snug.

All of the SoulPads at Jollydays are furnished to a very high standard indeed, and with absolute comfort in mind.

Ok, so we know the equipment is amazing (it's SoulPad equipment after all), but add to this the drama of the setting and you really do have a truly magical experience insured. With 200 acres of private woodland to escape to it would be impossible to feel claustrophobic here. In addition, being a woodland site, when it rains it’s a little drier, when it’s cold it’s a little warmer, when it’s blowing, it’s a little more sheltered, the magic of the woodland is ever changing.

We thoroughly recommend fellow SoulPadders check this place out and book early to avoid disappointment.

SoulPad at Graig Wen

We're feeling a bit smug here at SoulPad HQ. You see, when we were sticking a pin in the map to decide upon a good location for our annual Mother Of All Camping Trips, we had no idea that lady luck would be dealing us such a good hand.

Our first pin landed in the Irish Sea, but our second attempt was far more successful. It landed on a place in The Snowdonia National Park, Wales called Dolgellau (we had never heard of it either). So we set about finding a campsite nearby. Our investigations took us to the Graig Wen website, and we were sold based on the images alone. We'd like to share a few of our holiday snaps with you (below).

Graig Wen

Graig Wen is a place of awesome, natural drama. Otters, rare birds, passing sheep and the weather all insure there is never a dull moment. It's owners by contrast are super-chilled and relaxed, and understand the balance between caring for their guests and allowing plenty of space. Here, you will be left to your own devices, which we think is a good thing. This is the kind of place that attracts the right kind of camper...the soulful ones.

Graig Wen's SoulPad 5000-lite
We're pleased to tell you that Graig Wen have chosen to set up a luxurious SoulPad 5000-lite with Coir Full Moon, for rental at Graig Wen. This SoulPad (and campsite) is already in great demand. The owners are careful to limit the numbers so as not to overcrowd the site. So we advise you to contact Graig Wen in advance with any booking requirements.
